②補給戦について
狙撃は許可。補給戦で狙撃された事について報復は1に当てはまるため禁止。
越境戦の2日前以内の補給戦は狙撃禁止
狙撃が行われた場合は、狙撃を行った者個人への基地攻撃可
戦力に差がある場合は代理を立てても可
Sniper shots in supply battles are allowed. Retribution for being snipered
in a supply war is forbidden because it applies to 1. No sniper shots within
2 days before the transboundary battle

首都近くへ移転し参加していると思われる連盟員には戦時中のみ攻撃可、それ以外は不可
