狙撃は許可。補給戦で狙撃された事について報復は1に当てはまるため禁止。
各ルールに同意された連盟はサインをお願いします(出来れば順位順で）
越境戦の2日前以内の補給戦は狙撃禁止

狙撃が行われた場合は、狙撃を行った者個人への基地攻撃可

戦力に差がある場合は代理を立てても可
