①不可侵条約について
相手の同意なしに基地への攻撃は禁止。破られた場合は個人への報復可（何回でも）。
報復の際は他連盟の協力可
Non-aggression treaty. No attacks on federation bases that agree
with this rule.
Attacking the base is prohibited without the consent of the other
party. If it is broken, retribution to the individual is possible.
When retributing, other federations can cooperate
불가침 조약. 이 규칙에 동의하는 연맹 기지에 대한 공격 금지. 상대의 동의없이 기지에 대한 공격은 금지. 깨진 경우 개인에 대한 보복 가능. 보복시 다른 연맹의 협력 가능
②補給戦について
狙撃は許可。補給戦で狙撃された事について報復は1に当てはまるため禁止。
越境戦の2日前以内の補給戦は狙撃禁止
狙撃が行われた場合は、狙撃を行った者個人への基地攻撃可
戦力に差がある場合は代理を立てても可
Sniper shots in supply battles are allowed. Retribution for being snipered
in a supply war is forbidden because it applies to 1. No sniper shots within
2 days before the transboundary battle
If a sniper is made, it is possible to attack the individual who made the
sniper base
If there is a difference in strength, you can set up a proxy
보급 전 저격 허용. 보급 전에서 저격 된 것에 대하여 보복은 1에 해당하는 금지.
월경 전 2 일 전 이내의 보급 전은 저격 금지 저격을 한 경우는 저격을 한 사람 개인에 기지 공격 가능 전력에 차이가있는 경우 대리인을 내세워도 가 능
③首都戦中について
首都近くへ移転し参加していると思われる連盟員には戦時中のみ攻撃可、それ以外は不可

공격 가능,그렇지 불가
④発射塔争奪戦中について
近くに移転して参加していると思われる連盟員には戦時中のみ攻撃可、それ以外は不可。
発射塔発射塔への攻撃は１回まで可
During the battle for the launch tower, it is possible to attack the federation
members who seem to have moved nearby and participated only during
the war, and other than that.Launch Tower You can only attack the launch
tower once.
발사 탑 쟁취 전시 중에 근처에 이전 해 참여하고있는 것으로 보인다 연맹 회원들은 전시
만 공격 가능, 그렇지는 불가. 발사 탑 발사 타워에 대한 공격은 1 회까지 가능
